    Jonathan Pearce is an iconic football pundit, and has had the dream job as a commentator for BBC’s Match of the Day for more than a decade. He commentates on and analyses matches for Radio 5 Live, as well as presenting the station’s fast-paced programme ‘Fighting Talk’ on a Saturday morning.

    Two exhibitions will take place side by side just inside the Village Centre.
    Carnival - a celebration of Hurst’s carnival celebrations
    World War I - remembering those who didn’t return
    Both exhibitions will show photographs and historical memorabilia.

    It has become a tradition within the village for the Methodist Church to hold a united Festival of Praise service on the final day of the Hurst Festival. The service will be preceded by a social time with tea in the hall. This year's service will be led by the Rev, Peter Rayson, minister of the church.
