Hurst Festival Covid procedures

The Hurst Festival would like to ensure that all participants and audience members enjoy a safe and worry-free environment at festival events.

We would like to reassure everyone that we will be following all current Government guidelines, as the comfort and wellbeing of Festival-goers is of upmost importance to us.

With this in mind we hope that you can enjoy the Festival knowing that your safety and wellbeing is well catered for.

The following procedures will be in place at each venue:

  • Signs reminding audience members that they should not attend if they have any Covid like symptoms.
  • Hand-sanitiser and facemasks will be available to all audience, participants and volunteers.
  • Adequate ventilation will be ensured by keeping doors and windows open where possible.
  • We will use as many exit and entry points as possible.
  • Seating will be grouped and spaced out as much as possible.

Treasured Transport

As part of this year’s Super Sunday event (18th Sept, 2022), for the Hurst Festival, we are running our Treasured Transport parade.

If you have transport that you treasure from a mod scooter to a bubble car to a steam engine, and would like to be part of the parade, please contact treasured.transport@hurstfestival.org or download the registration form.
