As our theme this year is celebrating the bounty, inspiration and talent in our local area the Artists and Crafters and Makers of Sussex have named their Exhibition “The things I love about where I live.” Bringing together many disciplines of work, ancient and modern. As well as Oils and Watercolours we have examples of local Carving, Felting, Calligraphy, Sculpture, Pottery, Ceramics, Jewellery and Weaving on an inkle
loom.

The exhibition includes work from
• The Hurst Open Studios
• Local Sussex Artists both established and new
• Gallery 92
• Children from St Lawrence School
• Residents from The Dene Hospital
• Students of a number of local art teachers and classes
• Children from Poponin Workshops

Some of the artists plan to be at the Church on Super Sunday (15th Sept) and at a Demonstration (16th Sept) to talk about their work and provide live demonstrations.
