Live Streamed Comedy coming to you from a bedroom in Hassocks with your favourite local MC Stephen Grant - Resident host of Komedia's Krater comedy and Hassocks Comedy and a prolific writer, speaker and cyclist.

Special Guests for the night will be:
Terry Alderton - A comedy circuit favourite and familiar face to any Eastenders fans out there!

Jo Caulfield - A regular on tv and radio, Jo is often described as one of the funniest female comedians around.

Maff Brown - A prolific standup, writer and presenter with gags-a-plenty.

Chris Turner - British comedian, freestyle rapper and YouTube star, bringing you jaw-dropping improv live from LA.

Stephen Grant is one of the UK’s funniest, hardest working and most respected comedians. Whether entertaining stag and hen parties, voicing animations, warming up TV audiences, presenting radio shows or hosting corporate award nights Stephen never fails to pull in the laughs.
A repeat award winner of Best UK Compere, Stephen Grant is one of the hardest working comedy performers and writers in the UK. He is the host of the Krater Comedy Club at Komedia, which has won Best Comedy Venue in the South for an unprecedented amount of times and is a regular headliner at The Comedy Store in Leicester Square."

"Whether you’ve seen her on TV shows such as “Have I Got News For You” or “Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow”, heard her on the radio on “Just a Minute” or “Stop The Press”, or caught her live at one of her award-winning Edinburgh Festival shows, the chances are you’re already familiar with Jo’s work.

Jo Caulfield
Described by The Observer as “one of the finest female comics at work” and by The Scotsman as “quite simply, a damn funny woman” Jo can regularly be seen headlining the UK’s biggest and best comedy clubs. She is also in high demand on the corporate circuit, speaking at and hosting dinners and award ceremonies for many leading companies across the UK and beyond.
Behind scenes Jo is a respected writer, having served as a writer / programme consultant on all five series of Graham Norton’s BAFTA Award winning “So Graham Norton” and as head writer on both Ruby Wax’s “Waiting Game” and Zoe Ball’s “Strictly Dance Fever”. Jo has also written for – among others – Joan Rivers, Ant & Dec and Anne Robinson.
Jo is also a popular and respected warm-up for many high-profile TV shows.
In 2018 she won the “SGFringe Stand-Up Comedy Award” and gained critical acclaim for her performance as Helena Brandt in the sell-out Fringe run of the play, Brexit.

Terry Alderton
Peeking inside the Technicolor mind of one of Britain’s finest comic talents and you will find him desperately doing battle with “The Voices”, two unpredictable and hilarious Voices in Terry’s Head. Though often a challenge to Terry these two different sides of his ego/conscience often lead him into unpredictable comedy routines. No two shows are ever the same!
Terry is one of the most exciting comedians around regularly performing all over the globe. In the last year alone he has played the Melbourne Australia Comedy Festival, New Zealand Comedy Festival, India and Edinburgh Comedy Festival. Terry has been Perrier nominated in Edinburgh and recently won the ‘3 Weeks Critics’ award as well as Best International Act at the New Zealand Comedy Festival. This frequent traveling has meant performing alongside some of comedy’s biggest stars. Michael McIntyre has found Terry as a source of inspiration. He has recently worked with Joan Rivers who became an instant fan and Eddie Izzard who proclaimed him to be a ‘very funny comic with a fantastic comedy mind’, but someone who really ought to seek some sort of professional help.

Maff Brown
Just to introduce myself briefly..
I currently do pretty much all the gigs going from the Comedy Store to the Glees to the Komedia's to Off the Kerb's and Outside the Box.
I was recommended as top ten thing's to see at the fringe by GQ, Twice (2012 & 2014).
I made a load of top jokes at the Fringe at the 2014 Edinburgh Festival.
I write for Mock the Week and did write for Vic and Bob’s Shooting Stars when it was on.
I’ve script edited radio 4 shows.
You would have seen me in Jack Dee’s Lead Balloon.
I have done warm up for plenty of shows but the highlights are Shooting Stars (3 Series), Badults, Dave Gorman's Genius. Vic and Bob's House of Fools, Comedy Central at the Comedy Store and even Loose Women!
I have my own podcast called Joke Fight Club which you can hear and download on iTunes and Soundcloud.
Robin Williams played my comedy club in Kingston upon Thames, which makes me better than you.
I’ve been a co presenter on a Absolute Rock and Roll Football with Ian Wright and you would have also heard me on 5Live, Talk Sport and BBC Radio 6.
I’ve done 4 solo shows at the Edinburgh Festival. Every one of them got a 4 star review. (Don’t Google that)
I was co-wrote and performed in an Amused Moose Comedy Award nominated show.
Before I become a professional comedian I spent 13 years in professional football. The highlight being I was part of Liverpool Football Club’s background staff under Gerard Houllier.

In 2016, Observational Tragedy won Best Comedy at the Adelaide Fringe Weekly Awards, and for the third year running, many of his jokes appeared in multiple 'Best Jokes of the Fringe’ lists. 2017's What a Time to be Alive cast a critical eye over the state of Britain and America, was nominated for Best Comedy at Perth Fringeworld 2017, and received 4½ stars for its ‘massive punchlines’ in the Australia Times whilst the West Australian dubbed him ‘the thinking man’s comedian’. A sell-out run at the Edinburgh Festival followed, with a slew of four star reviews. In 2018, he performed We're Where We Were at Orlando Fringe, winning a Patron’s Pick Award for the show, and during its Edinburgh Fringe run, the show received a five star review from Edinburgh Festivals Magazine, who branded his raps “mind-bindingly flawless” and the show “the Fringe Holy Grail”.
Chris is a sought-after entertainer on the corporate circuit, hosting awards and performing for many of the world’s largest organisations, as well as being a firm favourite of many of the UK’s biggest sports teams.
