Join us for a debate about how the coronavirus pandemic has created an opportunity to reshape our world. Pose questions to the panel via the comments bar on YouTube, as part of this interactive event.
In the wake of the pandemic there is strong public support for a fundamental rethink. And as we continue to face an uncertain future, this feels like a prime time for discussions on how to better shape the needs of our local community. This year, like never before, we have seen people from all walks of life coming together to affect positive change. But what more can be done on a localised level? How can we take what we have learnt from the pandemic to move towards a more productive and restorative future? Bringing together speakers from local groups including Alistair Whitby form HKD Transition, Prue Heron from the Hurst Covid 19 Neighbourhood Support Group, Carrie Cort from Sussex Green Living, Charlotte Snook from the Hurst Organic Buyers Group, and Henri Brocklebank, an expert in Sussex-based nature conservation, this debate will ask, is it time for a fairer and greener rebuilding?
