The Hurst Festival has a No Refund policy on all tickets

• In the event that you are no longer able to use your ticket, we run a ticket exchange list. If you provide us with your name and contact details, with your permission, we will give them to someone coming in to the Box Office to purchase a ticket for that same event. You are then able to arrange a private sale of the tickets.

• The only point at which a refund will be given is if an event is cancelled. We will contact all ticket holders and provide a full refund, less any administration costs charged at the point of purchase.
