Now in its 20^th Year, the Hurst Festival has acquired a stunning reputation not only for the outstanding quality of its festival programme but also for the professional and friendly way in which all its principals and volunteers work alongside each other to ensure that festival goers, and contributors, enjoy the best experience possible. 

We’re looking for a new Local Part Time Festival Manager who will work throughout the year to ensure that the overall organisation of September’s two week festival is both efficient, effective and financially viable.  

We are seeking experience and a passion for the arts coupled with proven team leadership and interpersonal skills, the ability to work flexibly and excellent communication.
